As the Elevation RHYTHM Artist Manager, you’ll help plan and support the day-to-day operations of the RHYTHM worship team, ensuring the logistical success of the team as it applies to the vision of Elevation Church.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll coordinate internal communication as it relates to RHYTHM, including with artists, the recording studio, the marketing team, etc.
- You’ll work directly with the label/artists on timelines to schedule releases.
- You’ll work with all in-house studio time, including compensation for all studio artists, musicians, mixers, mastering engineers, etc.
- You’ll communicate all timelines with the studio, artists, and label to ensure timely deliverables for all projects.
- You’ll arrange travel for all RHYTHM artists, musicians, and guests for any studio time, church events, or ministry opportunities.
- You’ll work closely with our Tour Manager on coordinating any travel dates.
- You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all RHYTHM-specific songwriting sessions and camps.
- You will manage the Elevation RHYTHM calendar, be responsible for oversight of finances and budgeting, and assist the RHYTHM Producer with scheduling and project requests.
Must Haves:
- Minimum of one year of administrative or support role
- Minimum of one year in event coordination role
- Highly logistical and detail-oriented, while also having a love for people
- Thrives under pressure, with an ability to make sound decisions
- Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
- Ability to lead projects from planning to execution
- Clear and concise communicator, both written and verbally
- Proven track record of effective time management and prioritization
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Elevation RHYTHM and/or Elevation Worship
- Experience working in a ministry context
- Familiarity or direct experience with video production
