As the NextGen Project Manager, you’ll help advance the gospel by managing the administrative efforts and initiatives of the NextGen department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You’ll manage project timelines and the schedules of creative team members.
- You’ll create, manage, and order the marketing and assets plans for NextGen initiatives
- You’ll work alongside social media managers to strategize posting plans and ensure assets are being delivered in a timely manner.
- You’ll work alongside the PMs of our department to ensure all NextGen initiatives are being considered and inputted into needed communication briefs, message streams, and Asana tasks.
- You’ll ensure end products are delivered to all campuses on time and with excellence.
- You’ll work with and maintain multiple relationships: Our Team Designers (to complete projects), Vendors (to order assets for campuses), and other PMs on other teams (to communicate church wide projects and have awareness of other team priorities).
MUST-HAVES
- Experience in Public Relations, Event Management, Project Management or related field/life experience
- Highly organized/administrative
- Strong ability to build relationships and provide a high level of customer service
- Leadership strengths in the executing domain
- High level of communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent at time management
- Great communication skills and decision-making abilities
- Thrives while working on a team with a desire to constantly be learning
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-feedback culture
- Experience working for a start-up or in an entrepreneurial environment
