The Campus Ministry Apprenticeship Program is designed to develop leaders to serve the local church.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Over a five-month period, you will have the opportunity to work with various campus leaders and work on various campus-related projects to develop your technical skills while making an eternal impact (The semester runs from August to December).
- You will be paired with a staff mentor for feedback and development.
- You’ll collaborate and work closely with campus teams.
- You will gain exposure to each campus ministry within the Elevation Church model.
- This is a paid, in-person apprenticeship in Charlotte, NC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in cultural, leadership, and developmental teachings prevalent in your growth as a campus staff member.
- Assist with the overall leadership of the campus, executing the vision of the church.
- Partner with a campus team to pastor volunteers, execute the weekend experience and plan for strategic growth initiatives.
MUST-HAVES
- A desire to pursue vocational ministry
- Passion to pastor people and build leaders
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Familiarity with Elevation Church
- Experience leading people
