As a Project Manager, you’ll get to support our Worship Experiences (Sundays & Special Events) by managing the planning and execution of all its content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You’ll be responsible for creating an agenda for three weekly content run-through meetings that you are required to attend and lead
- Wednesday Content Preview (at our HQ office)
- Wednesday Content Walk-Through (at Ballantyne Campus, during work hours)
- Sunday Run-Through (at Ballantyne Campus; this is your weekend role)
- You’ll manage all graphic design content that is shown on campus screens; you’ll work closely with our designers to identify the strategy of said support, content, and execution.
- You’ll manage the timeline, execution, and delivery of the twelve “Graphics Packages” that support all campus screens (design and motion graphics).
- You’ll work with stage hosts to ensure talking points align with support.
- You’ll manage print assets that are utilized during our Worship Experiences.
- You’ll manage our Lobby Decor Lookbooks that our campuses are given for major initiatives.
- You’ll manage project timelines and the schedules of creative team members.
- You’ll manage and operate within budgets.
- You’ll ensure end products are delivered on our server to our Production Team and Campuses on time and with excellence.
- You’ll work closely with our Programming Director & PM to manage and deliver the content for our Special Events.
- You’ll work closely with our Broadcast PM to ensure the content that is shown in our Broadcast aligns with our Campus content.
- You’ll work with and maintain multiple relationships: Our Team Designers (to complete projects), Vendors (to order assets for campuses), & other PMs on our teams (to communicate church-wide projects and have awareness of other team priorities).
MUST-HAVES
- Experience in building out timelines
- Experience Google Suites (Excel, Google Drives, etc)
- High level of organization
- Excellent at time management
- Great communication skills and decision-making abilities
- Love working on a team and have a desire to constantly be learning
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Familiarity and/or experience in Production
- Experience in managing or caring for a team
