As a Guest Experience Data Analyst, you'll get to advance the online guest experience by interpreting and visualizing data from our online community. This includes analyzing interactions from those attending our online or in-person events, measuring their ongoing engagement, optimizing our processes, and enhancing the guest experience for all eFam. Your insights will play a critical role in fostering a connected and data-informed online environment while helping volunteers catch the culture even if they are hundreds of miles away.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Advance community engagement through data-driven insights, overseeing data collection, analysis, and visualization for online community interactions.
- Design and implement data dashboards to monitor engagement and event effectiveness.
- Lead and develop a team dedicated to data collection, onboarding, analysis, and reporting, ensuring high data quality and reliability. Translate complex data findings into actionable strategies to foster volunteer involvement and enhance guest experience.
- You’ll develop leaders and connect our eFam to volunteer teams leadership opportunities to promote involvement at a meaningful level.
- You’ll develop systems to ensure we’re helping people feel seen and known in every part of our process.
MUST-HAVES
- 2+ years in data analytics, visualization, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills for translating data findings into understandable documents and presentations.
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
- Strong ability to measure and improve processes in rapidly evolving environments
- High-level networking/relational strengths
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability with a focus on strategic data interpretation.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience with the online ministry of Elevation Church
- Experience with Salesforce
- Proficient in Google Drive Suite
- Experience working or high-level volunteering for a church/non-profit
