As a Guest Experience Director, you’ll advance the gospel by creating an atmosphere for guests to experience a personal connection on a campus, by leading teams that will engage first-time guests, help guests find their sweet spot in serving, and create a level of expectation for what God has for them in the worship experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You’ll assist in the overall leadership of the campus, ensuring all worship experiences are executed with excellence.
  • You’ll oversee volunteer teams, including the Welcome Area, Ushers, Campus Safety, Volunteer Headquarters, and Parking.
  • You’ll develop leaders and connect our guests to volunteer teams to promote involvement at a meaningful level.
  • You’ll implement an infrastructure of all standard operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial viability for the areas you oversee.
